Dr. Young received her Ph.D. in Chemistry from Michigan State University after earning a B.S. in Chemistry at Adrian College in Adrian, MI. She joined the faculty at Notre Dame in 2016. Prior to Notre Dame, Dr. Young was a visiting assistant professor at Hope College in Holland, MI and also served as a lecturer at Michigan State.
